This page explains what Luxury Egypt Trip does with the details you send us.
What we collect. When you send a request, we receive what you type in the form: your name, email, country, WhatsApp number if you give one, your dates, the number of travelers, your preferences, your budget range if you choose one, and your message. Like most websites, our server also records technical details of each visit (IP address, browser and pages requested) to keep the site running and secure.
Why. We use your details to answer your request, to prepare your proposal and, if you book, to arrange your journey. We share only what is needed with the hotels, guides and drivers who look after you. We do not sell your details and do not use them for advertising.
How long. We keep your request and booking details for as long as we need them to answer you, run your journey and keep our records.
Your choices. You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the details we hold about you by writing to us through the request page.
Bookings
Requests and proposals. Sending a request costs nothing and is not a booking. We reply with a written proposal that names the itinerary, the hotels and room types, any Nile vessel, what is included and what is not, the price, the payment schedule and the cancellation terms.
Booking. A journey is booked only when you accept a written proposal and we confirm it in writing. The terms in your proposal are the ones that apply to your journey.
Domestic flights. Domestic flights are not included in journey prices; they are booked and paid separately.
Availability. Hotels, vessels and special visits named on this site are proposals, subject to availability for your dates.
