The journey

Pyramids, the Nile and two free days by the Red Sea

  • The Giza pyramids, Sphinx and Grand Egyptian Museum
  • Temple of Philae on Agilika Island
  • Kom Ombo and Edfu from your Nile cruise
  • Valley of the Kings and Hatshepsut Temple
  • Two free days at a Hurghada beach resort
  • Citadel, Mohamed Ali Mosque and Khan El Khalili

You start in Cairo with a private Egyptologist guide, who takes you to the Pyramids of Giza, the Sphinx and the Grand Egyptian Museum. A flight to Aswan follows, and Philae is your first temple before you board a five-star Nile cruise.

On the river you stop at Kom Ombo and Edfu, then explore both banks of Luxor. A private car takes you on to a beach resort in Hurghada for two free days by the sea. You finish in Cairo with the Egyptian Museum, the Citadel of Salah El-Din and the Khan El Khalili Bazaar.

  • Culture and coast You want the great temples first, then real time to rest by the sea.
  • Easy pace You like free days built in rather than touring every single day.
  • Private comfort You want your own guide and private transfers from arrival to departure.
